1. Do you accept NHS patients?🦷

No, we are a fully private practice, but we try to be as close to NHS prices as possible. Our new patient offer is £45 for your check-up, 2 x-rays, a treatment plan and your registration for 6 months allowing you dental emergency access.

2. How do I book an appointment?📞

The easiest and fastest way to book is to speak to our receptionist by telephone or walk in.

3. What should I bring to my first appointment?💊

Please bring along your prescription if you’re taking lots of medication. You are also welcome to bring a friend to hold your hand.

4. Where abouts are you?🗺️

 

We’re in-between KFC and the doctors at Streets Corner. We’re also opposite Better Gym, who are across the road.

5. Disability access?

 

We have step free access to the practice, wide door frames and a ground floor surgery allowing wheelchairs and mobility scooters into the practice. We have a hearing loop and translation services available upon request.

6. Do you have parking?🚗

 

Yes, there is a free car park with plenty of spaces and disabled parking available beside the practice and KFC.

7. Can I arrive by public transport?🚌

 

Yes, the Number 10 bus (Walsall – Brownhills West) and the Number 937 (Birmingham - Brownhills) are both within walking distance.

8. When can I join the Magic Plan?🪄

Our Magic Plan (2 check-ups, 2 scale and polishes, free x-rays & worldwide insurance) is a great way to maintain your oral health. As a maintenance plan you must be dentally fit (all outstanding treatment completed) before you can join.

9. Pay as you go💷

Once you’ve accepted your treatment plan you will only be charged for treatment completed on the day.

10. What should I do if I have a dental emergency outside opening hours?🚨
